Booking confirmation In order for your booking to be considered valid, it must be followed by a deposit that can be sent with a postal order to our address or by sending a bank transfer according to the information that we will send you by e-mail.
Arrival On the day of your arrival, your room will be available at 15.00 in the afternoon. Please let us know if by any chance you will be arriving late or after 20.00. If you defer the date of your arrival, you will still be charged the entire price 100% of the period that was previously booked.
Departure On the day of your departure, we would like to kindly ask you to leave your room free by 10.oo in the morning. Anticipated departure: if you decide to anticipate your departure date, you will still be charged the entire price 100% of the period that was booked.
Payment Cash payments are preferred. It is however possible to also pay your hotel bill with a credit card or a cashpoint card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation A written notice must be sent in order to cancel a booking. The deposit will be returned only for cancellations that are recieved 40 days before the date of arrival, if a cancellation is sent after this date, the hotel will not return your deposit.
In general, the EU rules are held valid for a hotel or trip cancellation. If you need to cancel a hotel stay or begin your stay at a later date or end your stay in advance, you will be charged the entire hotel stay that was originally booked or your deposit will not be returned according to the type of cancellation. International terms and conditions regarding cancellations will be applied. (under the jurisdiction of: Trento)
According to the law, the entire facility is a non smoking area.
The reductions that are specified are applied for children/juniors staying in the same room with two paying adults and for a minimum 4-day stay.
Pets Your friendly pets are accepted, only on request, in the Dependance area. We hope that you understand why they will not be allowed to enter into the restaurant area and in the Wellness center. We would also like to inform you that the owner of a pet will be held completely responsible for any damage caused to objects and/or people.
Telephone If you would like your family and friends to be able to reach you by telephone while you are on vacation, you can tell them to call the following number:0039(0)463.986236. The reception will send the call directly to your room.
Internet If you would like an internet connection, there are two possibilities: you can use our INTERNET POINT located in the hotel lounge area or you can use your portable Notebook and the Wi-Fi connection service that covers the majority of the areas in our hotel. (extra charge)
