You can try a different menu everyday with dishes based on the local "Casolet" cheese...You can also buy a "cheese basket" at a special price in one of the valley's dairies in addition to a weekly program that includes:

- guided visits to various barns and mountain dairies
- guided visits to the valley's dairies with the chance to sample local cheese
- culinary events during which you can sample "Casolet" cheese and other typical products
- participate in the traditional "caserada" cheese-making process followed by a sampling of dairy products
